This was our first experience in purchasing a home. Since we moved from out of state, we relied heavily on Angie’s website. The effort she put into creating an informative, easy-to-use website was the same dedicated effort she gave us as our Realtor. When we changed our plans on the price range of homes, she quickly planned alternative homes to view. We had a short time limit for our house hunting trip and she was in constant communication with us. Angie was always available, flexible and knowledgeable. We appreciate her hard work on our behalf and we couldn’t be happier with our first home-buying experience.

We had several failed sales in the past year. In June, we placed our home for sale with Angie. She placed the house on the MLS the day following our meeting. She did a 360 virtual tour of our home that enabled buyers from anywhere to take a peek. She was very prompt in relaying viewing feedback to us following showings. She was also helpful in letting us know what we could do to better show the home. When we got the offer, she was helpful in making the sale a reality. She even made a point to call us while she was out of town on a family emergency. We had a few delays in the sale and Angie went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through. She is a very dedicated Realtor and friend. We would recommend her to anyone!!

I was moving to Huron from out of state and I needed to find a home within three days time. I entered a search on the Internet and Angie’s name appeared front and center, and after checking out her website, I knew she was an expert agent that could handle my hurried situation. I contacted Angie at 9:00pm and by the next day she had my entire house hunting trip planned out for me. One day and 30 properties later, I was under contract and only because of the hard work Angie put in for me. I could write pages of examples of how she went out of her way to help me in my transition-
